In the year 2005, two souls met in the infinite universe. It was a meeting out of thin air, a divine connection that transcended time and space. From the moment their eyes met, a spark ignited, and their hearts were forever entwined.

Their love was profound and unyielding, founded on a bedrock of deep respect and admiration for one another. Through the ups and downs that life threw at them. Even when fate tested KJ with an accidental problem in 2013 MJ stood strong, unwavering in their commitment to each other that befell their lives, their bond remained unbroken. Together, they endured the storm, supporting each other every step of the way.

In the year 2014, their love story reached a new milestone. They made a beautiful decision to formalize their union and promised to spend their lives together as husband and wife. The celebration was filled with joy, surrounded by their loved ones who witnessed the merging of two souls into one.

Their love continued to blossom, and in 2019, the universe bestowed upon them a precious gift—a baby boy. With his arrival, their hearts overflowed with a newfound love and purpose. The couple embraced parenthood with open arms, cherishing every moment as they watched their little bundle of joy grow and discover the world around him.

Dr. KJ and Dr. MJ are experienced healthcare practitioners dedicated to supporting individuals in reversing, improving, and preventing obesity, diabetic & lifestyle diseases. With a holistic and natural approach, they believe in treating individuals as a whole rather than focusing solely on specific symptoms or a parts of the body. In today's fast-paced world, they emphasize on education based treatment so that patient can take better care and responsibility of his/her own health and wellbeing. Their passion for empowering individuals to take control of their well-being has led them to establish the Health First Community. SELF DISCOVERY & INNER CALLING

Dr. KJ and Dr. MJ dedicated 28 and 17 years, respectively, to exploring spiritual and personal growth. They delved into topics such as spirituality, mindset, success principles, habits, and self-awareness. Their studies also encompassed meditation, yoga, mindful eating, and optimal nutrition.
During their profound exploration, they made a significant realization. They recognized that all the challenges humanity faces—be it in health, wealth, relationships, or career—stem from within. The root cause of our suffering lies in our lack of awareness and our limiting beliefs. Currently, we are merely addressing surface-level issues, like treating the tip of an iceberg, without delving into the underlying core. In simpler terms, Dr. KJ and Dr. MJ discovered that the key to transforming our lives lies in developing self-awareness. By becoming more aware of ourselves and our beliefs, we can uncover the true causes of our struggles and pave the way for lasting change. This transformative journey involves embracing spirituality, adopting empowering mindsets, implementing success principles, cultivating healthy habits, and practicing mindfulness in various aspects of life.
